Well, express your creativity then! Go around, look at some factions to get the general feel of the structure of them, and then maybe make an event to introduce your faction, or just outright make a faction page.
Alternatively, you can also do entities.
Just be careful to not make your faction too overpowered, most people don't like things that have galaxies' worth of strengh.

Dumb Eh, the faction is barely standing, any use of multiple artifacts, without the opposites to balance the massive power surge, it could literally destroy 489302564!! timelines, wrecking the Imperium, forcing them to release or destroy the rest of the artifacts, both of which will cause some crap to go down. The Imperium of Cans is as unstable, if not more, than the Imperium of Man.

Mojowuq9 idc if your price for invincibility is the destruction of trillions of timelines,but you still remain invulnerable to any faction exist (except can opener cuz duh) no matter what they do or want to do with your faction
(yes im aware of factions which originates from another universe and have only a fraction of power here,but atleast those are somewhat destructable with the right tatics,unlike yours who just throw "artifacts" and stolen techs when faced with minor nuisance like destruction of your faction)

Dumb It isn't too hard to destroy them. Every artifact is quite focused. The ones that won't destroy them if taken out of their containment have a very specific use. Creating a situation that is unspecific in its execution would force them to potentially destroy themselves.
