Walt DynamicLargestFleet: The team with the highest-valued fleet caps the CP even if there are enemies present. The speed at which a CP is neutralized and capped depends on the ratio of the fleet values. If your fleet is far more valuable than the enemy, you'll cap it really quickly, but if the fleets are nearly even, you'll cap it really slowly.

Tested this using a tablet-laptop hybrid real quick to act as a second player.
100% not an accurate result since i couldn't really react to anything, or really test it properly.
However...

here the point was capturing so slow, that it was basically secure.
Essentially, if someone where to just stack even slightly more expensive (and probably better ships) on all the outer points before the enemy could at the start of the game, they would have much more income and could eventually just spawn a bigger ship to properly contest the center point and win through basically 0 effort.
And unless the enemy player has better fighters/four very good "corvette" ships, this is practically un-counterable.
(and to be honest, 15 100k's would probably be able to counter the corvettes anyway if they split up to contest the outer points)
I like the idea of being able to increase enemy cap time if you have a defending ship, but really this just incentivizes people using swarm ships to just make points non-capturable by anything other than a large ship.
(and in my eyes, if you are forcing an enemy to send their big 500-1m+ credit ship to an outer point just to deal with two fighters or so, you are probably doing pretty well XD
+you still will have likeley more points than them, and potentially easy ownership of the center.)
Edit:
so also, lets say they do send a 500k+ to deal with one of the outer points?
then all you need to do is run, wait for them to move the ship off the point and bam.
Or, if you have enough just use your own ships to defeat it or draw it away while you try to cap middle and maintain outer control.
Nordwolf have an option like "share ship control", but that might be too confusing when multiple people try to manipulate one ship.
indeed it is very confusing XD
The game Zero-k has this feature (top down strategy game thing) in co-op and god damn is it the most frustrating experience ever.
Id say keep it to the transfer ship option, otherwise it just gets far too complex and only really works if you are using Voice chat or are very, very quick at typing.
