He "looks" up to the sky, presumably refrencing the now large fleet in orbit.
Presumably, having some technology implanted withing him, he has recieved whatever they said.
Although it seems to have gone over his head that they might have been reffering to him too.

...If anyone had known the Bureau ever existed, and if anyone had known that they were allied with the Illateri Sovereignty, they would understand this move by the Sovereignty, as a standard Cruiser Squadron exited slipstream right on top of the planet, with one message broadcasted to everyone in the general area:

The Ambassador, of course, detects the nearby presence of the ships, however, since he's a nigh-naked wolf atop a random mountain on a random planet, inside a literal stone hut, he does not receive the transmission, and just sorta lies there on the ground.

There is a moment of silence, bar for perhaps the noises of confused forest animals investigating the strange entity that popped up out of the ground some time ago and is now shouting at a mountain.

The Ambassador gets out of the stone hut, and floats in a bit of a distance from the mountain, pointing to a nearby cave, which its entrance looks eerily similar to a pneumatic door, characteristic of old BORAD facilities, but this time composed completely of stone:

"I came from there, one day everyone was gone, and the cell I was withheld in looked just like stone, as did everything else. I doubt that is a mere coincidence, something happened to this place, something I've yet to make sense of. And ever since then, I've been stuck here."

It's clear from the movements of the various turrets on A'bah, that he is looking back and forth at the door in what probably is confusion.

Its clear that he is tempted to shoot open the door, although the potential damage to the surroundings and whatever it holds inside stops him.
