Hey im having this issue with big mods such as these the Galactic Civil War Mod (https://forum.cosmoteer.net/d/5126-galactic-civil-war-0-6-1-now-with-capital-weapons-compatible-with-0-14-6)
And the War Hammer 40k Weapon Mod (https://forum.cosmoteer.net/d/6694-warhammer-40k-1-2v-more-guns)
The game will take too long to load and windows 7 thinks its not responding and the game will close out leaving no crash report or error report. If you want to help me DM me my discord name is Jerry#7811

Perhaps your PC can't handle those mods together, you wouldn't believe how much laggier modded gameplay can be. That, or those mods are not compatible with eachother, or you're using the wrong mod versions.

If you want to start up Cosmoteer to deactivate those mods, open cosmoteer in the No Mods mode. (Or just delete them from your Mods map)

Well I have contacted both of the mod developers and they said my pc can run those mods.

Anyway, I might contact Walt in #tech-support, because that seems more like a game compatibility problem with windows 7 rather than a problem with the mods themselves. If you really aren't clicking anything, then it has no reason to be closing on its own like that

xX_The_Problem_Man_Xx Might want to check antivirus or even windows both have the ability to block a program from running. Windows usually does it due to compatibility e.g. it considers the program code to be too outdated. This is clearly not the case but it could be the reverse. There are fundamental handling differences between Win7 and Windows10.
