One of the military personell presses a button and soon the elevator es ascending, opening its doors to a corridor decorated with flags to each side and a red carpet composing the floor, at the end, two more military personell, these with some kind of full armor, open the large woodden door, revealing a table full of concerned faces, and a holographic image displaying some kind of facility, that, upon the door's opening, is hastly removed from the holographic projector.

The military usher the Voghus into the room, and all the figures look at them.

The H.E. is unsurprised, somewhat sadistically dissapointed that he didn't get to fight Tyranus, probably just his unrelenting curiosity turning morbid, in the thinking of "How'd a psychic-energy being behave in a Hyperatomic anvil", boiled amidst the soup of bittersweet success that was the whole operation, he looks at the book, and hastly inputs the commands necessary to close the gigantic pneumatic door again...

As the water rushes out, and the air fills the room with a pleasent temperature, the H.E exits the sizable mechanical suit and puts the book in a small, closed bag, taking it deep into the S.O.R.B's entrails, after deactivating the evacuation protocols, once more, Musavi was completely safe.

When he opens the book he finds the first page was what tyranus explained to him just in more detial. The second page is a example of how to assess them though the first time explaining that you have to believe before it's possible. "A simple way of imaging them is thinking that your soul is a pair of invisible hands and the world is made of clay."

(sorry for late reply it took me a while to wright this text wall XD)
the books outside seems to be made out of an alloy of steel and aluminum the inside seems to be made up of a mesh of graphene and a biological substance similar to the plant when its in stasis but flexible. it has page after page of knowledge it even details a concept known as stamina. unlike how the word is normally described it applies to psychic energy. it describes limits on how much someone can exert based on multiple factors how long youve been using psychic powers any equipment you have and special factors such as tyranuses unnatural stream of energy flowing into him constantly allowing him to use powers with only physical drawbacks. the book also mentions the soul manipulating abilities saying their harder to pull off and take more stamina. however they allow for complete control it says to use it "imagine your energy as strings and people as puppets." it explains how you can improve on your abilities. it states a being is only able to unlock a little bit over 0.5% of its soul powers by conventional means. you can also temporarily boost your output though only one mean hes been able to figure out. to use this it says "imagine your soul as a sink and your output as a faucet you can forcefully make it put out more water and open up the sink more but it will injure you if not careful." it goes in depth about how if you use these powers to much it can over load your body at least harming it at most killing it. it then describes how you can use this to safely multiply your output by at max 5 times the more you use the more chance of injury. it states if you go above this limit it wont overload your body it will overload your soul itself leading to a bomb of sorts capable of destroying a planet and leaving massive psychic storms across a system of course killing you in the process. then you finally get to the life experiments it lists dozens of machines liquids and objects that get you close to being able to revive someone. but its not enough theirs something described as a meter telling you how close the soul going from green not close at all to yellow close to red inside the body he has only gotten to the start of yellow. although he said strangely it would get closer or farther each even if i dont re arrange what im using.

All the data of the book is stored deep within the confines of the S.O.R.B's comprehensive database on the most diverse objects, and then...
construction begins
A special alloy of steel, the tensile-energic mesh, and an amplitude of other materials are put together in huge domes and cillynders that emerge from the oceanic bottom, drawing their potency from the geothermal means. Musavians bearing huge mechanical suits excavate great caves, using adapted hands and even testing Hyperatomic explosives in the process. The Head Engineer sits upon his chair in the main control room watching as the whole process takes place:

First the strucutre, modular assemblies of strong materials, shaped to resist to the huge pressures exerted by the oceanic bottom;
Then concrete, a special cement and agregate mix, added with additives, makes the concrete denser and sturdier than normal, phospate is necessary for the protection of the steel and metallic armoring against the heavy corrosive effects of the bottom of the ocean, working together with microbacteriae, the mix itself repairs from the microfissuring that occurs in the drying process at the oceanic bottom, as the casts are removed, the famous Musavian coating is applied, making it a formidable and long-lasting, monolithic structure.
The water is then drained, making way for an amplitude of pre-planned and dimensioned pipes and electrical installations, that run within the walls, the Musavians are quick to install the hidraulic locks.
The, into it is moved a series of strange machinery, the workers question the function of such beasts of metal, but nonetheless follow the blueprins and set them into place, connecting to great cables that supply the power.

Finally, the higher ups visit it, and deem it the [REDACTED] Division of the S.O.R.B, very few know about the place, and testing begins on the recently aquired knowledge...
