The aliens swam out of the room and gestured two other guards to follow them, and they all follow Faurrap.

They reach a place with a sizeble hole bore through the ice, and a thick metallic cable descending through it, with a light at the tip.

Grab hold of the cable tight, I'll pull you all up to the surface.

Before heading up, the Diplomat like give an order to someone on another part of the ocean...

"You can begin the experiment, make sure to breach the surface PROPERLY instead of getting all that expensive equipment stuck on there."

which is why the capsule on the surface had glass and metal, shielding it from the elements and keeping the poor guy in ther breathing)

Whenever they are held to the metal cable, it starts lifting, on the top, is the bottom of the ship, where Faurrap exits his suit and gives the aliens some weird, inverted Re-Breathers, that had just been printed in the 3-D Printer on-board of the ship, using a small flashlight, he can communicate with them.

Faurrap:"Well then, we're heading to the planet now through an FTL jump with a specialized drive, we'll head directly to the HQ, then to the facilities."

They put on the inverted re-breathers, and then the Scientist informs,

"Wait, we have something to do first."

The Diplomat and the Scientist then take out a radio, and start transmitting naval morse through it, saying "Status?"

The radio on this end blinks lights, "[Orbit] successful, harvesting [hydrogen] now." Just then, thermal signatures are detected well over the X-01/02, along with the first orbital satellite, a second object is detected, much larger, measuring at 26.75 meters long and 11 meters wide. The thermal signatures are akin to old hydrogen rockets, and there is one more strange energy signature being registered on sensors from the same vessel.

"That's the project we were talking about."

The Scientist says.

Faurrap:"Wonderful, I wish you only the greatest of sucesses in the exploration of space"

Faurrap says, whilst the hovercraft-like engines of the X-02 turn down, and start whirring up, eventually driving off at impressive forces, using a type of specialized fuel (not to be informed at this once, but also highly experimental). They reach the orbit of the planet far before the rocket does, the Tensory-Energic mesh shielding the ship from any damage the heat'd provoke.

Faurrap:"Beautiful, isn't it? The vastness of space, how small everything looks from here, the feeling of insignificance is enlightening...
Anyways, this might get a little dizzy."

He then boots up the FTL drive, and sets the coordinates to nearby Musavi, all previously calculate as some of the pre-traced FTL routes. The vision of space dilating and the feeling of a sudden, weird, jerk of motion is indescribable with words, almost instantly, they find themselves in orbit of the blue and green planet that is Musavi, with its space-elevator and Space-Bound Industrial size (which has grown considerably) being recognizable from that distance.

..."Was that your method of space travel? It doesn't look like our own... Oh well, you should be witnessing it quite soon actually, as I ordered them to go through with the entire set of experiments. The [Thorium] Reactor, the Otherworldly sensors, all of that."

...After about ten minutes, a flash of light is registered on visuals. One checking the sensors can see an object... Twenty six point seven five meters long, eleven meters wide...

Yep, this is their rocket. Their ship. But how?

"We'll explain it all later."

Faurrap:Amazing! I didn't expect your species to have developed FTL drives, though ours work perfectly well as they do right now."

The X-02 then heads towards the HQ of the planet.

"They aren't developed, they are [prototypes], they are [reverse-engineered] from ancient ruins back home."

They radioed the craft, "Check-in." Response: "Safe. Drive usage success. Drive powering down."

The ship lands safely in the air-strip of the big green and white HQ of the M.I.S.E, and Faurrap, leaves, guiding them to the board's room:

Faurrap:"Follow me guys, you're going to meet the leaders, then we'll go to the sub-oceanic facility".
