RedAndCosmoteer Depends if it manipulates time directly of indirectly, tonal can manipulate time but only through gravity, unless it's The Machine, then it controls time directly.

It doesn't remove anything that touches it, however the fact that objects can pass into but not through the field means that anything that passes into the field is compressed to a wafer the depth of the first atom to enter the field, meaning in short, it has the same effect as when a fly hits the windscreen of a car, but much more severe (and less messy).

Also, the room and stasis field are similar, because they allow stuff to enter but not get out because whatever got in is too dead for it to get out

The Imperium and it's succeeding factions have been struggling uphill ever since the First Civil War decimated their nobility and military, which was comprised of vast reserves built up over time.

The Ascendant Dawn (one of the aforementioned successor factions) is primarily limited by a smaller fleet size than the Imperium of old, along with logistical problems when carrying out military operations in the Milky Way because the faction is located in a different galaxy.

The reborn Imperium has tons of issues left over from the Maw period, and pretty much every other mainstream faction hates them, and they just started a civil war with the Dawn.

That enough of a Cascading Weakness for you?

well i mean, you can do that if you disregard the basic laws of the universe, which with reality manipulation i suppose you can, however that's why all EL fleets carry a reality enforcer that imposes true reality on the opponent before they can alter it, thus nullifying the effect

Lol yup, that was what they used to stop the HI Editor from wiping out everything over New Tau (Unfortunately it didn't do the Tau much good due to the fact they somehow managed to blow themselves up anyway) But since i'm not doing RP any more this argument is a little academic.
