ClassicAngus First of all, having all control rooms in the same area is basically as good as only having one or two. It's good you placed several, but you spread them out over the entire ship so no flanker can get all of them.
Also feel like this design is undergunned, that could just as well be my obsession to cluster every available spot with weapons tho...
Having a single reactor occasionally running out usually is better than spending 15.00 credits on getting another one and adding another explosive part to your ship.
You'd normally try to balance forward/(sideward/)backward thrust. Having that much additional forward thrust seems more of a weakness, as most of your weapons are long range. Guess you could also redesign it as rammer, that would make the forward flak obsolete tho.
And why exactly is there not a single fire extinguishers in the inner compartments and the rear?
Guess you could use the MP variant of one of my GiF prototypes to test against. Just remember beeing able to beat a ship over 1 million credits cheaper doesn't mean it's finished already.
(Playing the 'Galaxy in Flames' mod is a great way to improve shipbuilding skills too btw.)

And what exactly is the last sentence supposed to mean? You usually don't have to ask for allowance of upgrading ships (you should ask before using it/the improved design yourself tho).
