(magic is negated by normalization fields the angels dont have tonal tech so that doesint explain how they can remember and the opposites should cancel out stuff. But thats what i think at least...)

The bullet works by detonating a bit of its physical matter, breaking the balance, causes a void, destabilizing the magic and quantum, disturbing the psychic as the separating process occurs, leading to the bullet being pure energy hostile to itself.
