*Shortly after the ASG was exterminated, a lone ship drifted, lifeless, into the territory of an....odd species. The Eldrons. They look horrifying, and are 12 feet tall, but they are very curious and surprisingly gentle. After reading the ship's logs, they decided they needed to know more, and, after making an FTL drive, started sending ships to explore, as they could now go further with this new form of travel. However, the race has only a 100,000 Eldrons in it, so they cannot spread too thin.
They, with a ton of knowledge they could learn, set out into the known galaxy to collect, and rarely contain it.
They are the Cataloging and Rarely Containment of all Knowledge Institute.*
They only use few weapons,as destroying something delays their learning of it. But, they do have a lot of research, medical, and communication ability.
Data Scribe Ship:
The CRCKI is run by two Mothers and two Fathers, 120 foot tall Eldrons who can broadcast their thoughts across all of space. Most Eldrons can choose their own job, although assignments do occur in areas where people are needed.
They were a failed experiment to create companion creatures that behaved like cats. Where it went wrong was when they attempted to make them biologically compatible with all races in the event that an Eldron and a member of another species wanted to have a child. The experiment resulted in their current forms. They were given a psychic command that prevents the Eldron population from reaching above one million exactly. They were then abandoned upon an abandoned S.T.A.R. Dyson Ring. After that, they started to research into technology to find companions, and eventually found the galactic community. They are trying to integrate. So far, they have had to destroy every S.T.A.R.-made Dyson ring in this timeline. They are currently at an unknown location on the North Star.
