mystique Another blip on the radar console appears.
“Um, excuse me gentlemen, I need to...erm...check on some lasagna I’m cooking in the back,” I tell @LeftHandofGod, “so, yeah - I’ll be back.”
I hurry towards the lasagna in the oven (I wasn’t lying about that part), take it out, quickly add some TATC-quality salt (@Drakador_Chaos), a pinch of Moyne’Hart spice there (@ComradeShiba), and finally some Bloodcult blood peppers (@zergRush99), and voila!
I bring the pot of fresh lasagna to the front counter, and place it there. I suddenly remember about the radar blips.
“Oh, gentlemen (@LeftHandofGod), I also forgot that...uh...my insatiable nine o’clock tea time must be satisfied!” I bluff. “I’ll be back soon! And help yourself to some lasagna if you’d like.”
Now, that “nine o’clock tea time” part was most definitely a lie, but that doesn’t sound like a bad idea.
I rush towards the Radar Room, which contains a big monitor with a radar screen, and pull up the sector where it was detected. Did I mention that there were cameras scattered around too? I open up a live feed from one of the cameras, and see @mystique’s ship. I also check into @dafeeeeeeeeeesh’s ship also. Both are headed towards my bakery. At the same time. And both are moving very fast.
Uh oh.
