Named after their own planet Vygon, the NNV consist natively of Doplenge, a lizard-like humanoid, and a few volunteering locals consistently being anthropomorphic, human or not. Their ships are low in number but make good snipers. They're also fragile to keep their stealth. Their colorscheme is Purple (optional), Yellow, Green, and Navy-Blue. The warp drives they own are terrible and takes an hour to travel the equivalent from Sol to Sirius.
They seem willing to make military allies, albeit picky by average ship range.
