I can't Jump anywhere with my ships in Bounty Hunter

I have been playing through a bounty hunter game, and I just bought a new ship (Arquitens Heavy Cruiser from SW: ACD) but now, even after adding FTL drives to the ship, it will not allow ANY of my ships to jump to other planets. Some mods I am using are:
-SW: ACD
-Drones +
-Cosmos Side
-And others (I cant remember them all)

Jedi did you had a fleet?

Jedi I would suspect that this is Cosmoside. As awesome as the mod is, it has to cut a lot of corners to actually work, and this results in a more unstable game, the most common issue being the inability to FTL jump or save.
