Their first planet always looked cold, but a war many years ago made it even colder.
Kvarrens had started their first cold war which made the pressure between few countries so high that one small event could cause cathastrophic events.
They decided that they should organize a meeting to end all bad relations between nations. This didn't end up as well as they planned. Some of the people at this meeting had other plans, they wanted to start a war and get profit from seeling weapons to others. Bomb exploded at right time to kill most of people at the peace meeting
Countries started attacking eachother and really wanted to test their new weapons, nuclear bombs. As you can imagine that wasnt a good decision. A huge nuclear winter occured. After some time remains of them decided to hide under a planets surface.
After many years of struggle, pain and death they united.
Kvarren
Kvarren's are mammals that don't require oxygen to live their blood carries almost any gasses. Their skin is grey and dark, it's standard inside protection. They have purple eyes which allow them to see ultra-violet and are great at looking in the dark. Their bones are half empty because of the pressure their planet involved on them, it was you either jump and live, or fall and die. They also possese small amounts of feathers on their head, arms and legs.
Politics
Their politics are currently neutral towards other nations, however they want to expanse their country and gain influence across the galaxy.
Government
Their government is a democracy, with two main positsions.
First is the Council Of Five, led by (you guessed it) five representants of Kvarren Federation's regions. They make most crucial decisions about almost all sections. Each of them is elected in different times to prevent them from "grouping". These elections are being handled by second division
The Watchtower is a team of few hundred people and their workers. They are managing "insides" of Kvarren Federation. They are something of a secret police, everything is unknown what's going on in there.
Some consider they have more power than the presidents.
Territory
Territory of this faction is pretty small ; 3 systems.
1 ] Lam'taf solar system contains two colonized planets and few moons with settlements.
Its a core of industry, dozens of shipyards, thousands factories producing many types heavy equipment or lite, standard things like soap or shoes.
It was first system to take control of after their own.
Main planet :
Fa'Bruka

Although, this planet is not fully livable Kvarren use it as main indrustial outpost.
Planet's surface is hot, around 140 Celcius degrees with low gravity and its fully covered in rocks and crystals. Life there is un-sustainable without any cover, there were many attempts to do something about the hot but planet is just too close to too much radiating sun. Then why is it main indrustial outpost ?
Its because of its rich materials and good power source. Power there is achieved from huge lava rivers using thermo-nuclear reactors and minerals are very differse, ranging from standard iron to very rare iridium.
There are currently thousands of fabrics and trading centers
2 ] Arq'taf is the center of turistics and agro-culture. Because of famous in the federation, paradise worlds many (most) people decide to have a home there. There are currently three colonized planets.
Main planet :
Far'ma

Far'ma is one of the best "paradise worlds". World's surface is mostly made out of water while continents take the smaller part. Vegetation there is beautiful and animals are adapted to small hills and low-lands, which makes many species useful farm animals. Planet's average temperature is 20 Celcius degrees and atmosphere is filled with oxygen, even gravity is good, reaching 1.1 G's. It is the most visited world in the federation. Amazing landscapes and good living conditions attract many people.
3 ] Maf'Caz is the first system of Kvarren Federation, its place where this race started is journey. Its a home for politicans, presidents and trading. System has two colonized planets and many moons.
Main planet :
Ma'Dom

This is Kvarren's homeworld, destroyed and cold. It doesn't support live, surface of the planet is mostly mountains covered in snow ... and radioactive waste. View from the mountains is pretty good, if your window can hold radiation and blistering cold. It (and it's moons) is main military outpost, Council's headquarter and home for politicans and other people who work for the government directly .

Technology
Major weapon tech
Railguns - Weapon which is made out of two rails, which use magnetic fore to repell projectile at a great speed
Coilgun - Gun which uses conductive coils along the barrel to launch projectiles at high speeds
Rocket/Missile - (You know what a missile is, right ?) Noticable thing about Kvarren missile is that they use compact hydrogen bombs in them to instantly turn their opponent into dust
Major energy production tech
BKEG - Blackhole Kinetic Energy Generator uses, as its stated in its name, blackholes to create energy. It works by throwing something in it , the thing then achieves speed by blackhole's gravity. It get's enough speed to escape the mini blackhole and reflects from generator's surface, giving achieved energy, and goes for another run, until it vanishes. It's big flaw is it's survivality, if anything pierces through generator's armor and surface then you can expect a big explosion
Major shielding and armor tech
Plasma sighter - is a (mainly) defensive "weapon" to destroy incoming projectiles effectively and fast.
When something is predicted to hit a ship, this small device usually pops out somewhere from ships armor, follows target's course and shoots hot plasma to delete the projectile out of the universe
Major transportation tech
Antimatter engines - When Kvarren gained ability to make energy using blackholes they decided to make something that will take considerable part of the power they generated. Antimatter engines were the result.
They made something similar to thermo nuclear engines that of course will use antimatter as a propellant instead of standard chemical substances. Thanks to this engine ships can move at speeds that were not imaginable.
Warp-Drive - Works by folding space in front of a vehicle and expanding space behind it. Spaceship enters folded part of space and expands it as it passes.
Other tech
Magnetic stabilisiers - As name states, they are used to stabilise (can also be used as transport, weapon, armor tech) objects using strong magnetic fields which are created by six rails connected and forged to create a sphere
Energy is put through them to create a magnetic field. Moving rails can cause changes in the magnetic fields and make an object move
RPA - Reinforced Particle Acellerator which is used to create black holes by smashing particles together at high speeds. Kvarren have upgraded this tech to effectively create black holes with enough power to use them as generators or weapons
Bio Implants - Mechanical upgrades to bodies, mostly not removable but very useful
Major Military and Civilian Companies
** Silver Industries**
Is a main Federation's space military contractor. Their name comes from material they like to cover their products. This company specializes in building starships and their components and are very good in this. Kvarren Federation chooses them over others because anything they produce is cheap (As for it's size and capabilities) and high quality. They build big and mid sized ships which have one main purpose : destroying enemy as fast as possible.
Company is mainly stationed at Lam'taf system where resources are easy to get.

Carna'Laga

One of bigger ships Silver Industries produces but not their main source of income, which is the drone this and few other ships carry. This kind of a ship (carrier) requires alot of power which is acomplished thanks to BKEG, energy is mostly used to sustain huge amount of drones which this ship has to carry but it also needs to attack. It contains railgun that ranges all across ship's length. It's powerfull enough to destroy planetoids but so slow that it can't fight effectively against small targets. Besides a railgun, this starship posseses large amount of missiles. Ship's defenses are mostly plasma sighters with range of few thousands of kilometers which makes this ship a real flying fortress.

Ta'Mot

Ta'Mot, fast and deadly but fragile attacker. It's a medium ship with alot of usages in the fleet. It has four powerfull BKE Generators which easily power it's systems. It posses one long railgun which unlike Carna'Laga's is supposed to fire at smaller targets. Railgun's reload rate ranges to 3 seconds which makes it even better at destroying faster enemies. Another wonderful thing about this ship is it's acceleration. Well made and efficient engines allow it to move at speeds that are not imaginable for other spaceships with such firepower. Ship's defences were shrinked due to it's manouverability but they are still there that can destroy anything that enter's the effective range of one hundred kilometers. It's one of more present ships in Kvarren Federation

Na'Rawa

Na'Rawa is Silver Industries armored surveillance and cyber attack ship. It was made with a thought of a ship holding repair drones to fix nearby ships but that vision was quickly destroyed by the fact that the ships Kvarren Federation creates are mostly fragile and taken out upon the first hit and spaceships can take cary their own repair drones. The ship now holds recon drones to show enviroment better. Aside from drones this starship is equipped with numerous high quality sensors, scan equipment and cyber attack equipment. Ship also carries an railgun which isnt made to be as good as the rest of the ship. Along with railgun Na'Rawa is equipped with many missile launchers which are it's only well made weapon. Ship's acceleration is medicore and is made only to fulfill
only standard requirements. Defences are also made just to be there.

Angel's Cards
Is similar to Silver Industries in terms of what they do. Angel's Cards creates munitions, infantry weapons and armor, tanks, aircraft and other small scale military stuff. Their products are high priced but made great. They prefer to make things all rounded to make them effective against all types of enemies and their latest inventions clearly fulfill that purpose. Some of the things they made are modern bipedal machines capable of many tasks, strong flexible material that bounces almost anything that will try to pierce through it, compact and efficient coil gun rilfe and many other A graded products. Kvarren Federation uses their stuff everywhere at all times and without them Federation's army would look much different.
Oxygen And Water Co.
OAW is a non governmental healthcare which recently does the job better than "internals". They are open not only for Kvarren's but for other races too, which makes them more attractive than government. Their income mostly comes from operation's and their implants which make many peoples life's easier. Their mplants are made to be easy to use and reliable, however many times patients ask to make them good looking (Implants that are visible from outside of course) and pay higher prices. Implants can do many things, from keeping someone alive despite having a huge hole in the head to being simply an exoskeleton. Operations are fast and easy to do thanks to machine's this company owns. These machines can also cure diseases that cant be fixed using operations, alzheimer for example.
