Excalibur, a mid-sized vanilla ship.
Functionality: It's cheaper than most ships its size, as it's essentially two giant railguns. They're powerful enough to penetrate several layers of armor, and wreak havoc on it's oppenent's delicate innards. A single shot can obliterate a shield and damage another. Very few ships have enough shields and can recharge them fast enough to walk away unscathed. Simply put, it is a heavily armored sniper. Works best against large ships.
Aesthetics: It's a giant sword. That's it.
