A problem I've encountered a few times and recently much more often is the need to reference to the part's txt location and sometimes to a location in the mod. An example would be a part's txt references to a components.txt elsewhere which has a reference to something within the part's location and not where the components.txt is.
So if possible my request is to have a root reference option similar to ./ for the part and mod.
