Some mods, like Speedset, Bubbets, A Cosmos Divided, Archon Plasma, and many others done run on my computer, they never have. i tries it on past versions of both the mod and of cosmoteer, but no luck. The mod upgrader doesnt help. Any suggestions?
8nathan What do you mean by 'don't work'? Is it giving you an error message or are the mods just not adding any features into the game?
I can guarantee you that speedset should work for 14.4 since all it does is expand on the game's existing speed settings.
8nathan Anarchon Plasma is out dated, if your useing the Classic Jam Star Wars that's the wrong one, and in sure about bubbets
those are all really old unupdated mods you would need the mod upgrader from 2 maby even 3 updates ago
GunsForGuns Lafiel They have never worked, i tried many of them ages ago, and it was on the right version then.
The game and the mod coding changes all the time so a mod has to be exactly tailored to a game version to work or your computer has outdated graphic drivers or is too weak and crashes.
IVIemories It gives no error message when i open the mod, or try to turn it on, but when the game restarts it crashes, with an error message

its on the wrong version, because i re updated after the fails, but its the same error message (about) this problem has been occurring for a long time, and i tried it then with basically the same error message this one is Bubbets
8nathan This error shouldn't be happening anymore which means either it's an old driver problem so your graphics fail and crash or your graphics can't deal with it. This is the main problem. It's still possible a mod does have excessive animation graphics for one part which can cause this. I think in this case it's less likely. Just can't completely ruling it out, though. But the problem remains with graphics.
Lafiel That explains it, my computer has high processing but low graphics. ABH runs but i guess that not the graphics. Thanks anyway
8nathan I have discovered that the game seriously doesn't like old drivers. In fact, it won't start at all with the windows generic driver. Make sure that your graphical drivers are up to date, and try again
Yeah, Abh only has a memory usage problem. Abh got rid of this graphics problem a long time ago so it virtually doesn't happen anymore unless you got less than 0.5GB Vram or so.
Lafiel how do I check how much RAM/VRAM I have?
Answer: I've 3072MB RAM and ???MB VRAM.

8nathan Depends on your computer. I am assuming you don't have a dedicated GPU, so here is a good foolproof method: Hold the Windows key, and hit R. In the menu that pops up, type dxdiag, and select "No" if it asks to connect to the internet. In the window that pops up, go to the Display tab, and find Manufacturer. What does that say?
