Deals twice less damage to armor, but passes through one shield, and stopping on a second shield. This makes PD very useful for cruisers and battleships requiring protection from fighters, but almost useless against large ships if they are not armed with missiles. It will also add to the game a new class of ships - corvettes (support ships), which will improve the tactical component of the game.
