I've been working on some ships for the Design Competition. However, before entering any ships, I want to decide which one is the best. So, what do you think of the different ships?

Ultranova I like Rusty Reaper the best, perhaps a better name would just be Rust Reaper though.

ImNotLaffng It's my person favorite as well. Even if it doesn't win, I might compile a mod that adds it to BH 🙂

Brank Well, could you suggest a different paint scheme that would suit you better?

ImNotLaffng Do you have an opinion on the paint scheme as well, or is it all fine to you?

Brank Any idea on I can improve it? (Except for clustering and design flaws. Those are intended)

Ultranova I personaly dont like the paint, blue on blue isnt very good imo

Ultranova I actually love the paint scheme, it looks like overlapping ice crystals, maybe some of the parallel lines can be diagonal.

Cosmic_Horror I came up with the name at Lunchtime in the science buildings. Cut a little slack 😃

As for the RR being the best, it's tough. The SS was ok, until I made the IS, but the RR I made in under 10 minutes. I think that IF I worked on it more, gave it better paint (maybe Winged Slug?) then I could see what that one was like.

Ultranova id say the paint on the RR could be touched up if you're going to enter it, the IS is also really nice, but the RR has a really unique shape to it.

I would say the first, since it makes sense why it doesn't have pd.

I honestly believe the first has a nice “polished” look to it but that’s just my opinion
