How is my first faction doing? Feedback page

Hello everyone!
I wanted to get some feedback on how my first faction is doing
( https://forum.cosmoteer.net/d/7018-melkor-the-elder-king/280 ), it is almost nine days old right now. So time to evaluate myself.
If you would answer the following questions please, it would help me alot.

1. Is Melkor too overpowered or unfair? Or actually the opposite, underpowered?

2. Should I increase the importance of orcs: more characters + more used in roleplay?

3. Anything else you want to suggest?

(Please do not suggest adding more ships or interacting more with other factions. My faction is 'busy' building a new flagship, once it is posted more small vessels will be added. Once the fleet is larger I will start to interact more with other factions.)

It seems well-made up to this point and to my knowledge you did use Melkor responsible until now, about the orcs, I guess that´s something that will build up over time I like it how orcs that are sent on missions are personalized.
Other suggestions? Hm... Not sure currently, I will look into it over time if I find things to improve.
