Or at least that's what's supposed to happen.
I have very strong suspicious that CA is of only when ramming ship and its target do not perform any change of move direction at all, but when target try to get of that "clinger and they lost contact, CA kicks in, and you have to set ram attack again, but when ships start to turn, your Ram and cancelations of ram by CA is every 0,1 (of what is the refresh rate) sec due to changing situation.
Another already described situation is, that if you set you attack target inside enemy, you ship approach enemy, when close to target slow down due CA, and than realize that CA should be of, so it start to ram again, but speed is already lost.
All that problems are Attack order connected only.
Force move fork well. But do not help to ram circling enemy because you have to change force order to often and still not efficiently reacting fast enough ( sometimes my key filter from Windows kick in) for example.
But anyway, with incoming RAMDAMAGE there will be no ramming tactics, we will have another way how to deal with ship which can be beaten only by ramming now. incoming TB for example).
