BuffArea is a rectangular area relative to the buff provider in which the buff will be applied. The coordinates are in the form [left, top, width, height].
Criteria, if specified, applies additional conditions to the parts within that area in order for them to receive the buff. For example, if Rot = 0 then only parts that have the same rotation as the buff provider will be buffed. And if Right = 2 then only parts whose right edge is at coordinate 2 (relative to the buff provider) will get buffed. Left, Right, Top, and Bottom can also be given a range of coordinates in the form of [low, high]. You can also specify an IDString or Category in the Criteria in order to only apply buffs to a specific part or category of parts.
