In 2041, the 25th New Macross class emigration fleet (55th Super Long-distance emigrant fleet - Frontier Fleet) leaves Earth,in hopes of finding an habitable planet to replace the war-torn earth.

and also another New Macross Class emigrational fleet,the Macross Galaxy,through numerous conflicts with the Vajra,Macross Quatar decide to leave the fleet in search of the Galaxy's status,it is later discovered that Macross Galaxy(303 New Macross Class emigrational gleet) is destroyed by the Vajra in one of the experiment,while at the same time,25th emigrational fleet has reached the Vajra homeworld(dubbed as planet frontier),but then Battle Frontier is highjacked by the reminants of Macross Galaxy and force-fuse with the Vajra Queen,creating a neutral network spanning over universes and controlling trillions of vajra,with the power of song,Alto,the ace pilot of Macross Quatar,successfully neutralise the vajra queen and allow the frontier government to successfully establish settlements on planet frontier.(sorry for the wall of texts)
