We are always responsible for our actions. Whatever the context, whatever his situation, whatever the possible manipulation of which he may have been a victim, etc. We always have the choice and these two make the choice to behave badly and to persevere in this way. That's all, the sanction was amply justified, either they decide to get something positive by questioning themselves, or it will not be the last time that this behavior will be a problem for them.
From experience I can assure you that not to sanction is worse for us as for them. To think that everything can be solved without resorting to force is illusory and leads to laxity that has much worse long-term consequences. We can only settle things through dialogue when all parties are open to debate. They refused to argue and tried to impose their whims on others, that things went wrong for them was easily predictable. They are totally responsible for this outcome and I think that the forum team has responded very well. They tried to argue, they were not expeditious, which is a good thing. And above all, when the discourse has failed they have not hesitated to punish, a power that is stubbornly refused to be used will not be respected by anyone.
