CATMASTER idk,yours looks to be using ions and missiles while i use ions,large cannons and missiles.

DeletedAccount Did a lot of damage to The Bastard though, I've got no vanilla ship that can currently beat it right now, even swarm ships. The Revenant looks like a cool design!

DeletedAccount Very cool, the rail wall and missile barge combo seems pretty effective! I'm not sure how to beat cat masters ship. Maybe instead of having all PD on the front of the ship you should use cannons?

Cosmic_Horror catmaster's ship uses a lot of shields and since his ship has alot of missile launchers and 6 large railguns,we can.t afford to sacrifice front defense to try and destroy the pd,we dont even know if the cannons will shoot the pd unless we align a railgun to his pd then we might have a chance but that is also sacrificing area for missiles so idk yet.

DeletedAccount The A.I doesn't handle backwards facing missile launchers on diagonal ships very well. Even though the missiles are still in range, ships tend to turn around so that the launchers face the enemy, which makes them vulnerable. I dont think there's a way around this, you'll have to adjust the design so that the launchers face forwards. This ship isn't the best but here it is as an example.

Cosmic_Horror You can use some rear firing launchers if you have more forward, at least until battle damage changes the balance.

For example in this ship the six rear facing launchers at the back are offset by 14 firing forward. If it's lost enough launchers to not point forward it's either so damaged or so flanked it doesn't matter what way it faces.
