Where can I create sprites ?? And How ?
You can create sprites with pretty much any art program. I suggest FireAlpaca, Paint.net or GIMP since those are easy to use and free.

diyosa199 Paint.net is what MS paint should have been. Gimp is like Adobe photoshop, but free. Gimp is by far the more powerful tool, but it has a rather large learning curve, and is not a CPU light program
