I'm so proud of this ship. It took like twenty failed prototypes to get the look and the specs right, but it was worth it.
This is a destroyer - 430 tons, 600k credits - that makes good use of the parts new to patch 0.14.2. I designed it with the goal of having powerful lateral thrust and a narrow forward profile to dodge incoming fire. It works! The boosters are sequestered with a dedicated crew and dedicated reactors so that they stay on indefinitely. It dodges cannon fire like Neo.
This little fella can take on ships with a LOT of firepower if you play properly, such as a Twin Cruiser, Gregor. Firestarter, or Death Box. I've even managed to solo a Cerberus with it.
I usually operate at electrobolt max range and use the shift+click+drag on silhouette to rotate around the target and dodge back and forth, avoiding 75% of incoming fire. Large cannons miss almost every shot. You can even dodge about half of all laser/electrobolt fire. Its weaknesses are long railguns(of course) and mass missiles if you fail to see the salvo incoming. You can dodge/outrun missile salvos though - it's that fast and responsive!
