Although, approaching a ship that is at 750 K at that speed is definitely acceptable.

It was too late. The ship had reached the station. The exterior of the ship started rapidly cooling, via pumping out liquid hydrogen onto the armoring. Whilst doing this, it sent a Morse code message to the massive Dyson sphere, asking permission to dock.

They would then wait for a Response, worried. A Diplo would rush over to the Docking Platform, as to get in front of the Troopers, so that the Personnel of this strange Vessel would not think they were out to kill them. The Troopers simply watched the Diplo Rush in front of them...
