RedAndCosmoteer The majority of the research crew is used to anomalies, but due to the sheer size of this one, some of their programs begin to have issues looking at it. However, Aegis is mostly unaffected, just a small glitch in the sensors.
(I forgot to mention the ships were all AI-controlled. Aegis is primarily unaffected due to the fact that she's armed with a weapon built to disrupt space and time.)

The AI ships switch to a mode in which they are more adjusted to the anomaly, causing less glitches, but still various glitches. One ship's weapons begin spinning and its thrusters go on and off.
