Unkown ship ripped out of FTL

A large ship was suddenly ripped out of FTL travel. The ship is heavily damaged and signs of sabotage can be found all over the ship. Explosive charges that didn't explode flew off to drift further into space. It seems like this ships' destination wasn't at the place it had been sabotaged. There was no sign of life inside the ship, only a half functional escape pod had a surviving crew member inside of it.

It is unknown why the ship was sabotaged, if it has still operational systems on board or if it is even from the same galaxy we live in. Many questions remain unclear or unawnsered.

Only a few scavangers or citizens from the planet below knew of the ship. An emergency signal from a village was sent out in all directions into space.

Citizen talking: Some weird broken ship suddenly appeared above our planet, I don't know why it is here, I only heard loud explosions and traces of a F.T.L warp. Since the ship appeared, no one dared to go in a shuttle to investigate. Why? Well, a massive ship suddenly appearing near your village isn't the most comforting thing.
Our village only needs help, cause we ain't investigating that thing there!

Emergency signal ends

Apart from the signal sent from the village, the ship itself also left some data. The citizens from the village sent this data with the emergency signal. The following is the data the ship had accidently sent out.

A person can be heard talking trough something that is likely to be a voice recorder in the bridge of the ship
Sir, we are nearing a solar system, our journey might finnaly come to an end!
A different person talks, likely the captain of the ship
Good. At last, after twelve years, we approach a destiny. How long will it takes us to get there?
The same person first heard talking says something again
It is estimated that we will arrive at the first planet in approximately three days. This particular solar system is not very large.

The person that is thought to be the captain says:
We will have to prepare the colony ship to land on a solid surface. Ready the vehicles and settlement materials.

The presumed captain speaks again:
One more day to go. The FTL drives have been working for twelve years now. Unbelievable that they can hold out for so long..

The presumed captain speaks again:
Our journey comes to an end! A large explosian can be heard in a different part of the ship
The captain can be heard speaking, but no words can be distinguished due to more explosions and the voice recorder failing to operate. After two minutes the FTL drives can be heard exploding. Many more explosions follow. No more people can be heard talking. It is presumed they are either dead or escaped.

The ship is emitting a loud buzzing noise of around 17 Hz that can be heard on sound recorders or local radio broadcasts. As of yet, any ship approaching the damaged vessel had it's systems shut down at a range of three kilometres (1,86 miles). It is unkown whether this is caused by the buzzing noise or by other unknown reasons.

A few sensor probes, along with 3 manned scoutcraft and a troop-transport gunship (plus escort of a few fighters) drop out of FTL near the source of the signal...

Firstly, use the "reply" function so people know who you are talking to - click the reply button in to bottom right of the post oyu want to reply to.
For images - there should be a button to the right of the "post reply" button that you hit to post, (not the eye one, the oen to the right of that). When you click that button a window should pop up, then you select the image you want to attach and click the confirmation button on that window then WAIT until a weird looking url thing appears (dont interfere or change it, it will appear as the image after you post it).

The ship was clearly visible from the three pods. It had massive damage. The buzzing sound would continue, although a second noise could be heard aswell. This second noise was some kind of alarm emitting from inside the ship.
A signal from a settlement on the planet reached the three pods.
The following is said in the signal:
Is this help? Who are you and are you here for the ship? We can't send much more than this, something prevents us from sending large messages. We suspect this might be because of the ship.

The gunship that collected the escape pod opens it up and the occupant is taken care of by a medic

Thank god someone showed up, but I don't know if entering the ship is safe..
We don't know anything about it yet, apart from obvious things.*

The person recoverd from the escape pod is not capable of speech due to severe bleeding and multiple wounds.

The combined sensors of the group make short work of mapping out the internal layout of the ship and detectign any potential onboard threats, the gunship under fighter escort also begins scanning for entry points (both pre-existing and areas where breaching the hull with cutters would be beneficial)

As of now, the ship remains much of a mystery while the three pods gather information.

The gunship moves up to the outer hull of the ship, and begins cutting a hole through the hull nearby the bridge of the ship

Undated_Abyss The bridge of the ship would nearly collapse, as it had been heavily damaged by the sabotage. It was dangerous to continue on cutting.

The gunship moves over to one of the holes in the ship that wa caused by sabotage nearest the bridge, then attmept to get into position to allow troops to board.

The ship could support itself now, a boarding party was now possible. Although, near certain reactor core explosions, it was very dangerous to come close to these positions due to high levels of toxic substances released by the explosion.

A team disembark from the gunship into the vessel and head for the bridge
(Note that they are in power armour, which is also very effective as a hazmat suit in case of toxic substances)

a small fleet comes to investigate.
it consists of what appears to be a large rail gun ship and 4 rail gun armed fighters.
they send a signal to all the ships present.

The small fleet didn't recieve a reaction from the unknown ship, although the buzzing noise and the alarms could be heard whitin all ships prsent at the fleet.
