So I just finished building some swarm ships for the first time, wanted to share and also get some feedback. They're all vanilla and fit in the building box. Feel free to post any swarm designs you have here, I'm interested to see what people have come up with.
Mini Cannon Swarm:
Works fairly well and prioritizes toughness over maneuverability. Week against well shielded craft.
Mini Ion Swarm:
Probably the most effective weapon for swarms to have. These swarm ships are designed to be more mobile,
Mini Laser Swarm:
With this swarm I focused on packing as many ships into the building box as I could, in total there are 64 ships!
Mini Missile Swarm:
Maneuverable like the Ion Swarm but very week against crafts with good PD.
Mini Railgun Swarm:
This might be my favorite swarm design even though it hardly counts as a swarm. Most railgun swarms don't seem very effective since builders make the ships (and the railguns) far to small. So I built a larger ship that I can fit 10 of in the building box.
