Dumb (They are OP when you don't think rationally about them and only compare raw power, in the case of raw power, yes. The NH is very capable, now consider that Lances, the weapons that output the most destruction, are fixed spinal weapons that can't target any close range ships. With standard Turrets being short ranged, NH ships essentially have one big medium ranged blind spot. How do they get around this? They have their smaller, more nimble warships enter close range and hold up the enemy fleet whilst the larger Lance mounted ships stay at a distance and bombard the enemy fleet with Lancefire. This effectively nullifies the Medium range disadvantage through actual tactics.)
(However this does make the very lofty assumption that people on the forum actually uses their brain and thinks rationally about their opponent.)
