well The thing is its closer to a HALF A GALAXY destroyer, that is because if qanything survives the near infinite amount of energy that pours out when the mirrors break, it will get sucked in by the black hole

Being fair we've already thought up how it works, build a big mirror cage around an ergosphere. Shine light into it once in a while, open up the mirror for a massive amount of light and energy. To use it as a weapon just let it sit, hitting critical mass and exploding like a small star.
