We can't really do all to much unless they post it on the forum though. Even then we can't do much more than delete it and ask them not to do it. Though we probably wouldn't even notice it if no one reports it. We don't have a giant list of ships to check every post.
If you don't want to try pinging moderators you can click the 3 dots that appear when you hover over a post and flag it. This will give all the moderators a notification that we can see whenever we check the forum.
