cosmoteer 0.14.1 doesnt start on clicking

I download the cosmoteer with disabled anti-viruses and i cant launch it i tried task manager but i dont have the details i tried even run as administrator but it cant work and i have the better .NET my anti-viruses arent aggresive so that can be strange

Please check to see if the game generated any log files. If so, please copy the most recent one here.

Logs are located in Documents\My Games\Cosmoteer\Logs.

i have only old logs walt only old ones

walt so i have log files from 2017 to 2018 and the latest is 10.1.2018 so i must copy everything from the file or other way?

walt i putted cosmoteer on main panel and when i clicked it square appeared at cosmoteer but some seconds later it disappears so it doesnt like to launch and it doesnt generate any logs and i have completely empty logs
that doesnt making sense

Unfortunately I really have no idea what's going wrong due to the lack of logs or any error message. Usually that's caused by an anti-virus or something else blocking Cosmoteer from running, but if you've already tried disabling those things, then I really don't know, sorry. 🙁
