Gladiaxa Yes. and his advisors along with reperasentatives who tell him the peoples votes. SE Is a mix of 2 government systems
Gladiaxa I'd list the Fleryg under "Other" because we don't know enough about them... yet ISA is a democracy flat out Imperium of Krolon is an empire But only the Fleryg are really active at this moment, the other two are still in a cold war even though they are allies.
