Effects crashes for 0.14.0 and 0.14.1

What am I supposed to do with this file? I need the rest of the mod.

It seems to mostly involve effects and hitbullet+spawnbullet/OverrideBulletLifetime.
Also it seems Homing isn't working for spawned bullets in 0.14.1??

x-ray-beam.txt has PhysicsComponent = Physics but no component called Physics.

57mm_cannon_shot.txt has TargetHomingComponent = Homing but no component called Homing.

escalayer_missile-st1.txt has an Impulse hit effect in its OnDeath, which isn't allowed.
