Presentation and detail Matters in Roleplay, whether you are RP'ing some medieval fantasy, or even here on the cosmoteer forums, it really does mean a lot to RP.
EXAMPLE 2:

a Second Tau Empire Fleet in orbit of x-6368-3
Docked to seven lifeline class FTL fuelers,
the ships await conflict, ready to move into formation at the flick of a switch.
This of course is only a cosmoteer example,
You could replace the ships in these examples with anything.
Such as in a modern RP, these could just be Tanks, cars ect.
Bottom line for these examples is:
don't Just list!
(if you can, of course sometimes it is unavoidable)
However, in some Instances, RP is unable to use Images.
for this scenario, try to use as much description and detail as possible
EXAMPLE 1 (oh quick someone in my RP discord inspected my characters shirt! Ill quickly rush and write something so i can progress the RP!):
John Egbert had a white shirt with a Green Slimer from ghost busters on the front.
EXAMPLE 2 (someone in my RP discord inspected my characters shirt, ill wait and write a good description instead of rushing one out and lowering the overall quality):
John Egbert Currently is wearing his mainly plain white shirt, although uncomfortable, the shirt has held together well throughout the years. The Shirt's fabric is empty of any design or pattern, exept for a singular icon Printed On it's front.
The icon in question, is a cartoonish depiction of a Green Slimer, from the popular 1984 movie Ghost-Busters.
There is however, a time and a place for this, sometimes, it is more appropriate to simply use the first example's level of detail, however this is left to your own judgement.
The bottom line is:
Always put as much detail, and focus on presentation as possible into RP
As really presentation, no matter what RP you are in, cosmoteer or not, really matters.
Many people seem to forget this from time to time, and really need to think about this.
and often another thing that has become common everywhere is quickly "posting a quick reply" to RP, this is always easily avoided, as unless you are in a Timed RP, the other RP'ers will likely be ok with waiting for a more detailed, accurate thought out reply, and is favorable to a small less detailed one, as will only progress the RP a small distance anyway.
PS:
Rifqi_Fajar_Zain
yes it was origionally focused much more on Cosmoteer.
as i said, i did not realise at the time it was about all RP
this one still uses the Ship file example, as i feel it is a good example of what not to do.
However now ive added a written section, and removed the cosmoteer specific sections
such as the ship numbers part.
Hopefully, this is more on-Topic than my last one.
