Undeserved ban

A few months ago i was banned for a reason and i was fine with that , but then i realised i could send a ban appeal for a second chance and so i did . I got appealed and came back but some mods were not happy about it . One of these mods banned me not because of sexual or gory content but because of personal hate towards me . A few months later i decided to make an alt to see what is going on there . I stood there for 2-3 weeks and the things i saw verified that is was because of hate towards me . A lot of people were posting those "gory" and "sexual" images but none of them were getting warns or bans ? Even when doing nothing bad on my alt i still got banned by the other mod . Since then i just wanted to have a talk for the exact reason why i don't get to stay there but the other people posting similar or even worse stuff are welcomed ? The mod i want to contact is refusing by any means to talk to me on the subject .A talk with moderatorbot or Pronto Management wont help because he said its minimurgle's decision if i get to stay there. I still have the pictures and remember why i got banned the second time after the ban appeal , if that is ban worthy you should loose half of the active members there except a few who are only talking about ponies , fps games and occasionally Cosmoteer . From what I can tell in the logs, you were banned the first time for breaking rule six with your username The Hentai Guy#3648, you were appealed on grounds that if you changed your username you'd be fine, you then proceeded to break rule 6 again and harass members of the discord server.

This was the straw that broke the camel's back, you had been banned beforehand, allowed a second chance, then you squandered that second chance by harassing server members.

TL;DR
You broke rules, got a second chance, broke rules again, and got banned as a result.

yobeefjerky Imma say this, for his sake, but its kinda convenient that a mod said he messed up, and neither that mod nor another mod can verify this... Again, im tryna see if all sides know all arguments

yobeefjerky As well as getting DM's by some members talking some interesting stuff about my family and stuff. Also moderating a server means punishing the other members too you know ?

Hope everyone is doing good. I'm here to clear everything up. So the Hentai Guy was when nightmare first showed up under that name. We normally do not ban for a simple name. So we requested the user change their username. They followed that. Two hours later I come back and the name has been changed back. This goes back and forth multiple times and then they started an argument if I recall correctly with other members and carried on after being told to stop. They had now continuously ignored warnings and moderators and had no intent to follow the rules. Soon after they submitted a ban appeal as we believe people can change and they deserve a second chance. On the ban appeal it states that if you are to break a rule again you will be banned instantly. Fast forward a bit must have been a week with the user back and they had not broken a rule. Until they broke a rule which violated rule 6, I actually have the image but will not post it because it violates the rules. I went ahead and banned them. From this point on the user continues to ban evade and we continue to ban all the accounts.

In regard to the images which have been slipping through and you complaining that they're not getting warned or banned the reason is that none of the moderators have seen it to my knowledge and when you showed me the images in private messages it was my first time seeing it. That explains why they do not have a warning. However they will be dealt with shortly.

G-naric What happens in DMs is generally beyond our control, in situations like those you're supposed to use the block button.

As for your ban; you should realize that as an appealed member you don't have the benefit of the doubt we give to other users. Its entirely possible you get banned while other users only get warned.

ohhh i remeber this. if i remeber correctly we were telling you to change your name before the mods came in you than started to arggue with the mods saying its just a name bla bla bla and you decided to not simmpally listen to them so you got baned i dont remember the name you were under for the second time though

IVIemories The problem is that no one else was getting even a warn . A lot of people deserved to get banned but the only punishment was me ? I understand i needed only 1 fuck up to get banned but for others not getting punished is a bit odd.

G-naric in my knowledge of moderating, i agree with the mods, granted minimurgles ban might have been a bit excessive without a warning, but if you get your ban repealed, you dont go and harass more members, thats just going to lead to another ban, and yes, i know what if feels like since i've been banned from the discord for about 5-7 months now (i've lost track) and what your doing now is just provoking the moderators to ban you again, permanently and "The Hentai Guy" dont get me wrong its a beautiful name, but you out of everyone in the discord should know its "lewd" and suggestive since cosmoteer has such strict rules on NSFW and lewd content i think the ban was deserved, same thing with alts, i'd agree thats ban-able since your trying to re-enter a server your not supposed to, and whose to say you didnt try to harass members on your alts? (im not saying you did, but you could have) and i can tell you left some details out of the original post, indicating you have something to hide.

and for the record i know what it feels like to have someone powerful try to suppress you and keep you banned, but the truth always comes out, either its your fault, or its minimurgle, but mini has been a moderator for a long time and i dont see that stopping anytime soon (he banned me to btw)

another thing i want to stretch is the mods not warning or banning other members for the same reason you were banned;
moderators cannot be everywhere at once, and believe it or not people do have lives other than discord, and if someone gives a mod a dm saying

"Hey Moderator this person is putting lewd content in general chat Picture Proof"
then a moderator will show up and deal with him, or deal with them later if the moderator is busy, but if no one reports them, they wont get in trouble if the moderator isnt around.
