It is indeed, technically possible, however, to do so you´d probably have to put a pointless amount of work into it and do some pretty severe changes to the games basic code.

roger2001 everyone here is saying that there is nothing in the modding framework to support such an idea. Also I believe Walt has plans for this to be added to the game later, if you've looked at the trello you could probably find it there.
