Old mods still there

So, here's what happened: When I ran Cosmoteer, it asked if I wanted to upgrade to 0.14.0, which I did. When it finished, my old mods were still there, and none of them were compatible with 0.14.0. It does not appear in the mod screen, so I have no way I know of to disable them. It also shows error logs for each mod pre-0.14.0. Furthermore, I also tried using @Walt 's "No Mod Left Behind" mod upgrader, which I was successfully able to convert the mods I selected, but they do not show up in my folder when I click "Install mod", even though it shows up in my Library. This is a big and annoying problem to me. Any help?

the_guy545 What do you mean by pre-0.14? And the mod upgrader, I think you need to put the author name before you hit enter (dont really know, just read the instruction, ok)

And if what you ment by mod pre-0.14 is the mod for 0.13, Its normal to see a bunch of error reports of the mod not working (cuz its old)

Don't use the "Install Mod" feature for upgraded mods. Just copy the upgraded mod folder into your Documents\My Games\Cosmoteer\Mods folder if it isn't already there.
