A weather balloon-like object drifts near the HQ of United Galaxies. It carries two bits of the Oath printed on a piece of paper reinforced with steel wire, the ropes of the balloon are covered in red hot slime. Once the balloon lands, the ropes ignite and the balloon explodes. The pieces of the Oath are left unharmed.
It seems that when exploding, the balloon dropped a small note out of it. It reads:

From Offworld with love.

The note is also covered in this slime, but soon, the paper burns out, leaving a golden note identical to its previous version. Needless to say, it doesn't burn.

DocSlime I look at the torn up Oath with disgust.
“What the? How dare they tear up our sacred oath!”
I grab the box, and storm out my office, infuriated.
“Jamoke! Get my shuttle ready! We’re gonna have a little talk with our Offworld friends...”
We get in our shuttle, warm up the FTL drives, and warp to the Offworld airspace. There I send a message to any nearby patrols.

“This is Secretary-General @the_guy545. Attention all Offworld patrols: do not engage us. I repeat do not engage us. We have an urgent meeting with your leader, Hexer. If you engage us, you may just invoke war with the UG.”
