my computer just got fixed everything works but my cosmoter wont let me save ships saying access denied
First try running Cosmoteer as an administrator, if that doesn't work it might be a problem with your antivirus in which case you'll need to add Cosmoteer as an exception, or disable your AV.
grag070 wow how dumb can people get. First the question was already answered, second he said that he has no mods, lastly turning something on and off again does not do anything to software only hardware.
