This Anomaly Is encasing the Local sun of this system. It seems to be something under construction... Something Huge. The Structure-like pieces are actually Glass Panels, including the Open Spaces. It seems to be made out of a Aluminium-Steel Alloy on the Surface. The Said Surface is lined with weapons. The colour of the Anomaly is from a Colouration Device that's letting it blend in. Shall we explore it?

Likely to run into the border defences soon, although they are unaware of anyone being present

Jenwuf Upon closer inspection, It's definitely a Dyson Sphere of sorts. The ISC ship is then Intercepted by Three Surgeon Research Ships.

The Bloodstar Supercarrier C (Top Ship) Deploys it's four Mobile Generators and Nanolaser Cutter V2. They form a protective Perimeter around the ISC Seeker, and give it permission to pass.

FangTheCat The Tribal ships look closer, and Realize in horror what it is immediately- Some sort of Dyson Sphere. But the Ships are intercepted by 20 Vanguard Battleships, which seems ridiculous even to me, but I guess it's necessary, Seeing how better armed Tribe Ships are than Surgeon Ships.

Jenwuf Eventually, You get a good look at the Exterior of the Dyson Sphere. It is Coated with guns and Shields, and the Rest of the Armour runs Kilometers deep. You are unsure what the station's meant for by now, Because it could cause mass destruction even in this Unfinished state... Eventually, You reach the back of the Station. It is lined with solar Panels, Passively absorbing Solar energy. Looking to your right, The Dyson Sphere is actually Two Half Spheres, Connected together via an Array of clips. Eventually, You Reach a Booth of sorts. A Couple Guards board the ship, Along with a diplomat.
"Welcome! I am Zarakon! I used to be part of the now Extinct EMV. Pleased to meet you!"
As you shake hands, You begin to think... Does that mean Surgeon Research Wiped out most of a species? Did they commit... Genocide? A small Shiver comes Across your spine, But you are welcomed to a Station behind the Dyson Sphere. You go up an Elevator, and Eventually, You are inside of a meeting room. Everybody takes a seat.
"So, You wonder how we built this?"

He's probably being Kind because he Respects the fact that she survived. In fact, She's actually well known within Surgeon Research's grounds as a respected hero. As you fly closer, You also see the Exterior of the Dyson Sphere is coated with guns and Heavily shielded, and Going a Few Kilometers Deep. Looking upward, She notices the Gigantic Glass lens they're constructing. It can't help but draw curiosity. Why would a Dyson Sphere have such a massive glass lens? The Commander notices her curiosity.

well that is the first question to ask isn't it! So then, how did you, or more precisely are you able to construct such a massive thing?, the engineers at Desert home's biggest project was a shipyard-moon called the Dart-Core, however this. Now this really Takes the proverbial cake.

A Big Pane of Glass is a Superweapon... Go figure... Anyway, as you go further, You realize that This Dyson Sphere isn't a sphere; It's actually two Half-Spheres that Clip Together. And to think Surgeon RESEARCH would be creating this... Is something big happening?
