(all bugs are on 14.0 RC2)
Not sure exactly how to describe this, but there is a lot of inconsistency in calculating LoS.

Self-destruct one of the middle reactors on this test ship. Half of the time the other reactor takes virtually no damage, but the other half of the time it is destroyed completely.
This is possibly related to the bug that allows ions placed like this to work sometimes (the back ion flickers on and off if the ship turns from the starting position).

There is also a bug (possibly related) where weapons will try and shoot through walls if given an attack order clearly out of their LOS but within their firing arc. In this example the laser bullets were blocked by the armor, but for one game the lasers were able to shoot through the armor 100% of the time. When I started a new game the bug was gone (it only worked with small lasers, and could shoot through up to 3 blocks of any self-owned tiles. It was blocked by self-owned turrets).
Another possibly related bug: if weapons are given an attack order that is barely out of their LoS but within their firing arc, they will turn back and forth and back and forth firing randomly.

And another bug! This one is related to thruster AI - this ship was told to fly straight for a very long distance, but some of it's forward thrusters never went to full power. Instead they flickered. This appears to be related to turning "jitter" where the ship turns from a little too far left to a little too far right and back again, so the thrusters never get time to ramp up fully before they get shut down so the ship can turn the other way.

Consistently reproducable by telling this ship to fly in a long straight line.
