CaptainRedstone Well, depends, technically every single one of thsoe terran factions would need the ability to pass universal borders then, aswell, it is difficult for a hundred different factions to originate from the same "earth" if most of them claim that they own the whole thing themselves...unless they´re all the same...
Though, this is none of my issues, it was more of a sidenote.
