Our alliance with the UG predates our alliance with you. Our choice to side with them is not based on fear, but rather on the fact that your need to destroy would have lead to our downfall, would we have fought by your side. Instead we chose, to stay neutral and provide humanitarian and medical aid to those in need.

Tson Magdrives wrinkle nearby space in shapes of concentric circles, and they usually can't transport anything bigger than a human-sized object without having a reasonable chance to completely "miss" and deliver it just about anywhere, as well as being known for just completely messing up probabilities caught in the line between the destination and the current location of the drive. On the other side, they almost don't require any energy source and carry the patent of Offworld.
