ok so ive restarted and everything yet whenever i try to build anything it does not work i can select which blocks etc i want to use but cant place them. all i get is the remove tool and cant change it. this is also the case for when i try to modify, or change/upgrade/alter a current design ( loaded in from all sections of ship library). plz hlp
