Here is officer xy, Us army, we just moved our missile bateries into battle field, I order you to stop all moving till we load them , when we start launch our missiles you can move again.
I repeat, do not move till we load missiles into launchers!!

Mc2 The last 2 tournaments have been start empty too. It prevents some issues with buggy crew placement in compartmentalized ships, and reduces the number of cheesy builds available (like all storage no production).

Dalas120 Bugy crew placement I suppose is over and there is no real reason for it, and from my examply, its clear how funny this condition is 😃
. And what is wrong to have ships without production, only storage, or even with weapons and no storage and production? It is their problem that they stay defensless after initial fire 😃 😃
