And will this mod be updated to be compatible with future versions of cosmoteer?
It'd be good if people could continue to use this mod because the weapons added are great.

Ultranova Simply put, the factions behind GCW are going to be used for my future projects. I simply do not want someone else to be put into possession of these factions or even anything associated with these factions, since I have the nagging feeling that something could be done with these factions that I don't want or the mod could be warped in a way that negatively impacted future endeavours. Perhaps it was the wrong idea to even start a mod like this with Cygnusia, but it'll be harder still to recover from such an action if another person took on the mod.
You'll be surprised to hear how fast news can travel on the internet, and how far.

OKay, to be certain, you are no longer updating/supporting this mod, correct? 8.1 is not compatible with the latest version and you will not be fixing this. this mod is, in effect, dead.

Ultra stated that updating and coding Galactic Civil War has become, well, something that he doesn't enjoy doing, so yeah, I guess it's actually abandoned.
okay. thank you. didn't scroll up far enough to see that, but I just wanted to be sure. disappointing, sure, but fair enough. i have not delved into the coding needed for a mod, but i understand enough, and have seen enough snippets here and there, to understand that there is a LOT more to mods than meets the eye.

UmbraDracoNZ42 There's a patch for GCW to fix the conflict. I think that's why Roasted can play it just fine. (also I'm a guy)

Mod's abandoned. Ultra's focusing his time completely on a new project, and his entire queue of parts being coded isn't making his life easier. I doubt he would spend his time on a mod he doesn't even like doing anymore.
